Residence close to both the slopes (30 meters) and the center of Vallandy, consisting of 74 apartments and 5 floors. The apartments on the upper floors and facing west enjoy a beautiful unobstructed view of the valley.
The residence is equipped with an elevator and there is a communal parking lot in the immediate vicinity.
Apartment of approximately 22m², located on the 4th floor in a residence with elevator located approximately 50 meters from the slopes and close to shops.
This includes a living room with a sofa + pull-out bed, a fitted kitchen area, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet, and an east-facing balcony.
Amenities: Refrigerator, oven, electric hob. Television. Paid Wi-Fi available at the agency upon reservation.
Rented with a ski locker.

Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservations possible.
Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You can book your ski lift passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be issued without a deposit.
INFORMATION: Furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. Beds must be properly unmade with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge debited from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for the replacement of the furniture.
