Residence built in 2020 with covered parking. Located 350m from the slopes and shops, the west-facing apartments are very sunny and benefit from a beautiful view of the valley.

This high-end apartment is rented for 6 people. It is composed of a bedroom with a double bed with a private balcony and a shower room with WC, a bedroom with 2 x 2 bunk beds, a bathroom with WC and a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room opening onto a west-facing balcony with a beautiful view of our mountains and valley.
The little extra: Sheets and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter/summer (excluding short stays).
Equipment: Dishwasher, fridge freezer, traditional oven, ceramic hob microwave, washing machine/dryer.
2 large balconies.
Rented with 1 parking space in the residence.

You will receive a Swikly link approximately ten days before your arrival to deposit your security deposit by credit card. This deposit must be paid before your arrival. No keys will be released without a deposit.
INFORMATION: Furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. Beds must be properly unmade with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge debited from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for the replacement of the furniture.
