The accommodation features two large bedrooms on each floor. On the floor, you'll find a large bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed. On the second floor, you'll find a 140x200 cm bed and a 140x200 cm sofa bed with a mattress topper. Each bedroom has a closet.
The house, located in the heart of the historic center of Vias, remains cool all summer long. A portable air conditioner is available if needed.

Rental conditions:
In July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of €200 will be required upon arrival.

End-of-stay cleaning is optional outside of July and August. If you prefer not to do it yourself, a flat rate of €60 including tax will be offered.
Housekeeping is mandatory in July and August. Payment is due on site if not already included in your reservation.
Youth groups are not accepted.
