The accommodation consists of a bright living room with a sofa bed (140x190 cm), a dining table for convivial meals, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, offering everything necessary for a practical stay. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, guaranteeing a functional and pleasant space.
On the sleeping side, the house includes a ground-floor bedroom equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm) for peaceful nights. Upstairs, you'll find a second bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm), perfect for accommodating children or friends. The sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping space, ideal for added flexibility.
Outside, the house boasts a private terrace with an awning, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate while remaining in the shade on sunny days. A pleasant setting for a relaxing and sunny holiday in Vias Plage.
The accommodation has a numbered parking space in the shared parking lot of the residence.

Many water activities are offered on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.
The house is located in a private and secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
By train: Vias train station is located 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger train station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in Hérault.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of €200 will be requested upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed and bathroom linen.
Bed and bath linen kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat rate of €60 including tax.
