For refreshing moments, a private 2.5m x 4m swimming pool, with a depth of 1.30m, is at your disposal. The pool is unheated and is accessible from the beginning of April.
The accommodation has two bedrooms upstairs, one equipped with a double bed (160x200 cm) and the other with a double bed (140x200 cm), offering spacious and comfortable sleeping areas. On the ground floor, a large sofa bed in the living room can accommodate additional beds.
In terms of amenities, the accommodation has two bathrooms: upstairs, a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet, and on the ground floor, a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and toilet for greater convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen has a classic filter coffee machine as well as a Senseo automatic coffee machine, ideal for your coffee breaks.
For your convenience, the property includes two private parking spaces and a garage, providing convenient storage space for your beach gear, bicycles, or luggage. A perfect setting for a relaxing, stress-free vacation.

Access to the various beaches of Vias is very easy via the cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly with on-site parking. Many water activities are offered on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.

By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in Hérault.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of €400 will be requested upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed and bathroom linen.
Bed and bath linen kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a fixed price of €120 including tax.
