This charming 50 m² apartment is designed to offer comfort and conviviality, ideal for stays with family or friends. It consists of a bright living room with a comfortable sofa and a fully equipped kitchen to meet all your needs. The bathroom, located on the ground floor, has a shower cubicle, and the toilet is also located on this level for added convenience.
For your convenience, a washing machine is available in the garage, also providing convenient storage space for your bikes and other equipment.
The accommodation includes two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140 cm), providing comfortable sleeping areas. A mezzanine completes the sleeping area with two bunk beds (90 cm), ideal for children.
Outside, you'll enjoy a small private garden and a pleasant northwest-facing terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors and taking full advantage of the Mediterranean climate. An ideal setting for a relaxing, sunny holiday.
The property has a parking space right in front of its gate. You can also park a vehicle in front of the garage door.

Access to the various beaches of Vias is very easy via the cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly with on-site parking. Many water activities are offered on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.
The house is located in a private and secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
By train: Vias train station is located 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger train station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in Hérault.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of €300 will be requested upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed and bathroom linen.
Bed and bath linen kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat rate of €84 including tax.
