PSC01 - In the heart of the gated community "Les Plages de Sainte-Cécile", this 54m² 4-room villa will surprise you with its peaceful setting and large terrace.
This spacious, welcoming, and bright 54 m² apartment is ideal for family or friends. It features a comfortable living area with sofas and a fully equipped kitchen, providing everything you need for your stay. The bathroom with a shower cubicle is located on the ground floor, along with a separate toilet for added convenience. A washing machine is also available in the kitchen.
The accommodation comprises three bedrooms. The , located on the ground floor, is equipped with a 160 cm double bed for optimal comfort. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with two 90 cm single beds, ideal for children or friends, as well as a second bedroom upstairs with two 90 cm bunk beds, perfect for accommodating younger guests.
To enjoy the Mediterranean climate, you'll appreciate its large south-facing terrace. It's the perfect spot for relaxing outdoors, whether for sunny meals or lazing in the shade.
The accommodation has two parking spaces in the residence.

Access to the various beaches of Vias is very easy via the cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly with on-site parking. Many water activities are offered on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.
The house is located in a private and secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
By train: Vias train station is located 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger train station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in Hérault.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of €300 will be requested upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed and bathroom linen.
Bed and bath linen kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat rate of €84 including tax.
