Enjoy a modern kitchen with dishwasher, a cozy living room with television, Wi-Fi and two comfortable bedrooms: a master suite (180x200 bed) and a family room (140x190 bed + 90x190 bunk beds). For your comfort, a bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine is at your disposal, as well as a separate toilet.
Ideal for comfortably accommodating 6 people, this spacious apartment is perfect for a vacation with family or friends. Perfectly located in the charming village of Vias, the apartment is just 2.5 km from the beaches of Vias, where all parking is free for enjoying the Mediterranean.
You must climb a staircase to the floor to reach the apartment. Parking is on the street, all free, and spaces are easy to find.

Access to the various beaches of Vias is very easy via the cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly with on-site parking. Many water activities are offered on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.
The building consists of 3 apartments. The neighborhood is quiet.
By train: Vias train station is located 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger train station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in Hérault.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of €300 will be requested upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed and bathroom linen.
Bed and bath linen kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat rate of €84 including tax.
