This villa has it all!
Incredible sea views from the living room and kitchen, as well as from the upper terrace.
This beautifully modern, recently renovated (2019) and fully equipped kitchen offers fantastic views of the Mediterranean. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus a guest toilet. (Optional heated pool in low season: +200 euros per week). The exterior includes well-maintained gardens, an inviting barbecue area, and plenty of sun loungers for relaxing by the pool or in the garden.
Upon entering the house, the living room offers a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea. On the left, there is access to a guest toilet. A staircase on the right leads to the lower floor, where all the spacious bedrooms are located. There are four bedrooms and three modern marble bathrooms.
The stunning master bedroom has a double bed and TV, and direct access to the terrace for morning tea. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower, double sink, toilet, and bidet.
The second bedroom has 1 double bed and 2 single beds with en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
The third bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
The fourth bedroom has two single beds. All four bedrooms have access to the outdoor terrace, which is adjacent to the pool area.
From the ground-floor terrace, you step directly into the well-kept garden, which extends over several different and inviting levels. You can enjoy late evenings under the covered dining area while preparing meals on the barbecue. Further down is a large swimming pool.
In summary: a fantastic house for your holidays with family and/or friends.
This villa is located just 35 minutes from Malaga Airport and approximately 8 km from the historic center of Marbella. Puerto Banús is a 12-minute drive away.
There are several golf courses nearby.
Rates are based on 10 people.
Heated swimming pool: supplement of €200 / week in cash on arrival.
Baby bed and high chair:
We will be happy to arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The price for one week is 30 euros. For two weeks, it's 50 euros, including sheets. Please inquire at the office.
Change of sheets and towels:
If you need to change your sheets and towels during your stay, please let us know when you book. The price is 15 euros per person. Please inquire at the office.
