Only 1 km from the beach with several bars and restaurants. Mercadona and Lidl supermarkets are approximately 800 meters away. Many other bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, and shops are nearby. The villa is perfect for families with children. The pool is equipped with a gated barrier to protect small children. Enjoy outdoor living on the comfortable terrace with barbecue, outdoor dining area, and small lounge. The roof terrace offers magnificent views of the pool and the surrounding area. We can accommodate up to 12 people (max 10 adults) Baby cot and high chair on request. When you drive into the villa, an electric gate opens at the entrance. You have parking space for up to 2 cars inside the parking area.
The villa has 5 bedrooms (1 bedroom with sofa bed can be used as a second TV room for children or a bedroom), 4.5 bathrooms, wifi, very well equipped kitchen, large living and dining room with 55 inch curved screen TV, high speed fiber optic internet, large terrace and roof terrace with outdoor dining and relaxation area, heated pool protected by a gated fence for child safety, sun loungers, large garden area with BBQ. A heated swimming pool is available upon request. Electricity is charged at 250 euros per week.
A Playstation 4 can be installed on request - €30 per week.
