MLV02 - This elegant, fully air-conditioned and newly renovated Loft is located on a quiet street in Vias, a typical Mediterranean village 2.5 km from the beaches.
This spacious, fully air-conditioned 130 m² loft will captivate you with its unique dimensions and unique charm. Nestled behind a large gate and a private walled courtyard, it offers an intimate and welcoming setting. Located on the floor of a typical house, it features a spacious, bright living space opening onto a pleasant terrace, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
On the main floor you will find a functional bathroom, a bedroom with a 140x200 cm double bed, as well as a children's bedroom equipped with two 80x200 cm single beds, providing a comfortable space for the youngest.
Upstairs, a mezzanine opens onto the living area and houses a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space. There's also a bedroom with a 140x200 cm double bed and a second bathroom for added convenience.
Ideal for comfortably accommodating 6 people, this spacious loft can easily accommodate up to 8 guests thanks to its flexible layout. Perfectly located in the charming village of Vias, just 2.5 km from the beaches, it offers an ideal setting for a vacation with family or friends, combining comfort, space, and proximity to the sea.
The ground floor is unoccupied; you have the loft and courtyard to yourself. The courtyard can accommodate two vehicles side by side and is closed by a secure gate.

Access to the various beaches of Vias is very easy via the cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly with on-site parking. Many water activities are offered on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.

By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in Hérault.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of €400 will be requested upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed and bathroom linen.
Bed and bath linen kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a fixed price of €120 including tax.
