PA01 - In the quiet "Résidences du Parc" residence in Vias Plage, this welcoming 52m² house will allow you to spend a pleasant family vacation.
The air-conditioned accommodation is composed of a living room with a sofa bed, a dining table, a fitted kitchen (gas stove) and a bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet.
A washing machine is available in the kitchen.
The accommodation has a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (140x190), a sofa bed in the living room (140x190) and a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) upstairs.
The house has an outdoor terrace with awning, ideal for enjoying our beautiful Mediterranean climate while remaining shaded.
The accommodation has two numbered parking spaces in the shared parking lot of the residence.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a stroll on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or even renting bikes and the joy of riding along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coast.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is very easy via the cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly with on-site parking. Many water activities are offered on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.
The house is located in a private and secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
By train: Vias train station is located 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger train station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in Hérault.
A deposit of €200 will be requested upon arrival.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own bed and bath linens. If you prefer to have us prepare your beds, you can reserve bed and bath linen kits for €10 per person per stay.
The rental does not include cleaning fees and you are provided with a vacuum cleaner and everything you need for cleaning.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat rate of €80 including tax.
We categorically refuse youth groups.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
