Residence in a quiet green setting and close to shops and the beach, the apartment is composed of a main room with sofa bed, television and equipped kitchen area: fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.
The living room leads to a bathroom as well as two sleeping areas: a bedroom with a double bed and a cabin with two bunk beds.
The residence is located on the heights of Saint Pierre La Mer, 900 m from the shops and 900 m from the sea. The communal swimming pool is open from June 1 to September 30. Swimming pool
