Beautiful waterfront apartment 50m from the beach, for 4 people.
Apartment on the 2nd floor in a residence 50m from the beach of Saint-Pierre-la-Mer. The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, sofa, and television. It has a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, a mezzanine with 2 single beds (90cm) as well as storage.
The apartment has a sea view. Air conditioning.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
WIFI BOX rental: €39/week
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or checks).
