Studio facing the sea.
Air-conditioned studio in a residence close to shops and the beach, it is composed of a main room with a trundle bed (80cm), television and equipped kitchen area: hotplates, top refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker. You also have a sleeping area with a double bed (140cm). A bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. You can also enjoy a large terrace to have your meals while having a view of the sea.
A parking space is reserved for you.
Studio for 2 to 3 people.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
End of stay cleaning option to be requested from the agency.
WIFI BOX rental: €39/week
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or checks).
