Located on the 1st floor, comprising a main living room with TV lounge, open to the kitchen.
Open kitchen: electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave.
Separate bedroom with double bed. Separate toilet. Balcony.
Upstairs a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and WC.
Private parking space.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or checks).
