Furnished and equipped bungalow apartment for 5 people, with beautiful garden, secure shared swimming pool open in season, tennis court and private parking. Wi-Fi
Quiet residence close to shops and the beach, the pavilion is composed of a main room with sofa, television, a kitchen area equipped: induction hob fridge freezer, microwave, mini electric oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
A bathroom with separate WC, a bedroom with a 140cm double bed and another bedroom with 3 90cm beds.
Then you will be able to enjoy a large garden with outdoor furniture and especially a barbecue! All with a beautiful view of La Clape.
You will also have a private numbered parking space.
The residence is located on the heights of Saint Pierre La Mer, approximately 900 m from shops, stores, the market, restaurants, the funfair and the sea. The communal swimming pool is open in high season from mid-June to mid-September, it is supervised by a lifeguard only in July and August.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
We are approved by Holiday Vouchers.
Tourist tax is additional.

Keys can be collected from the Citygest agency between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. during the summer season.
