Ideally located in the heart of Le Havre, in one of the famous buildings designed by architect Auguste Perret (listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site), you can discover all the magic of the city of Le Havre on foot. You will stay opposite the superb Notre-Dame Cathedral, 300m from the beach, 200m from the town hall, and at the foot of the food shops.
This superb apartment will seduce you with its cozy decor, its shared parking and its view of Notre-Dame Cathedral.
The apartment is located on the floor of a quiet and secure building without an elevator. Inside, everything has been designed to make you feel right at home.
Type T1, it was designed for 2 people and is broken down as follows:
- An entrance with dressing room area.
- A beautiful bedroom/living room area. Equipped with a quality queen-size bed (160x200cm), a small relaxation area, a dining table and a Smart TV with Netflix.
- A separate, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven/microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.) allowing you to cook delicious meals.
- A bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The accommodation is bright, quiet and not overlooked.
A parking space in a collective car park is possible, however, as the spaces are not nominative, we cannot guarantee a space available during your stay.
At your disposal: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, Smart TV, washing machine, etc.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we ask that you limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.
Paid parking is available around the property from 9am to 12pm, then from 2pm to 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Free parking is available in the city for all electric vehicles. Heading to the beach? Parking is free for everyone! Trams and buses are also a great way to explore the city.
Closest underground parking to the accommodation: Les Halles (Volcan) - 6.90 euros for 12 hours, then 0.10c/15 min extra. 7-day package 23 euros.

The apartment is ideally located in the city center, in a quiet residence, close to shops, the cruise port, the beach, the casino, and the main attractions of Le Havre. For your shopping, gourmets will be satisfied with Les Halles, which is less than 100 meters from the apartment, and the shops located on Rue de Paris, right outside the apartment. Also, a small Carrefour Market, open every day from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., is located nearby.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
