Superb apartment ideally located in the heart of Le Havre on Saint-François Island, less than 50m from the commercial dock! 🌞 The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy Le Havre while being peaceful and less than 10 minutes walk from the beach.
Newly renovated, the apartment is furnished with a mix of new and vintage furniture.
Located on the 3rd floor, it can accommodate up to 6 travelers and is arranged as follows:
- In the kitchen: an oven, induction hobs, a kettle, a toaster, an espresso machine, an iron with ironing board and a washing machine.
- In the living room: an HD TV and a convertible sofa (literature lovers can enjoy the many books available in the apartment).
- In the bathroom: an Italian-style shower with hairdryer, towels and bath sheets provided.
- For your nights: two beautiful bedrooms equipped with high-end bedding (a queen-size bed 160x200 cm and a double bed). The beds will be prepared before your arrival with extra duvets and pillows available.
✅ Included in the rental: bed and bath linens, Wi-Fi, complimentary tea and coffee, iron and ironing board, and washing machine. A travel cot (linen not included) can be provided (on request only), as well as a high chair.

The corresponding documentation of the animal is required (veterinary card).
Supplement of 10€/animal/night.

⚠️ Please be respectful: Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated. In the event of non-compliance with the rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and withhold all or part of the security deposit.
When you stay with us, you will have access to all areas of the property. The property is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator).
🚘 Parking:
Paid parking around the accommodation from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., then from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays).
Free parking in the city for all electric vehicles.
A quick trip to the beach? Parking is free for everyone!
🚌 Tip: Trams and buses are also a good way to get around the city.
📍 Nearest underground parking: Les Halles (Volcan) - €6.90/12h, then €0.10/15min additional. 7-day pass: €23.

The apartment is located in one of the oldest districts of Le Havre: Île Saint-François.
🏠 Enjoy the friendliness of its inhabitants, its fishing port, its numerous restaurants, its Art and History museums, as well as the pre-war remains integrated into a reconstructed architecture that stands out from the rest of the city.
Located in the historic center, you can easily access all of the city's attractions on foot.
📅 Arrival and departure times:
- Standard check-in: Between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
- Standard check-out: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
⏳ Need more flexibility?
- Late check-in possible until 10 p.m. for a supplement of €20 (to be paid via the platform or in cash upon arrival).
- Late check-out possible on request, subject to availability and with supplement.
⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances
- If you arrive after 10:00 PM, we will unfortunately no longer be able to welcome you in person. However, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can try to find an alternative solution together, if possible.
