Located on the 1st floor of a quiet and secure residence with elevator, this bright accommodation has been designed to make you feel at home. Designed for 2 people, it consists of:
- A comfortable living room, with lounge area and dining area, offering a splendid view of Place Général de Gaulle.
- An open and fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc., to prepare your homemade meals.
- An elegant bedroom with a glass roof, equipped with a 160x200 cm Queen Size bed for soft and restful nights.
- A modern bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer.
✅ Included: bed and bath linen, free WiFi, Smart TV, steamer, etc.
⚠️ Please note: Breakfast is not included, but you will find excellent bakeries nearby!
⚠️ Please be respectful: Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and withhold all or part of the security deposit.
Welcome home! You will have access to the entire accommodation. 🏠
🚘 Parking:
Paid parking from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., free on Sundays and public holidays.
Free parking for electric vehicles throughout the city.
A quick trip to the beach? Parking is free for everyone!
🚌 Tip: Trams and buses are perfect for exploring the city.
📍 Nearest underground parking: Les Halles (Volcan) – €6.90/12h or €23/week.
We will be delighted to welcome you personally to make your stay memorable. 🧡 Please let us know your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance to best organize your key collection.
🏠 Located in the city center, our apartment offers direct access to shops, the beach, the casino and the city's main attractions.
🍽 Foodies will appreciate Les Halles (less than 100 m away) and the Carrefour Market, open every day from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., located just a stone's throw away.
📅 Arrival and departure times:
- Standard check-in: Between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
- Standard check-out: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
⏳ Need more flexibility?
- Late check-in possible until 10 p.m. for a supplement of €20 (to be paid via the platform or in cash upon arrival).
- Late check-out possible on request, subject to availability and with supplement.
⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances
- If you arrive after 10:00 PM, we will unfortunately no longer be able to welcome you in person. However, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can try to find an alternative solution together, if possible.
