Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, this accommodation will seduce you with its cozy atmosphere, its beautiful private terrace with access from the living room and the bedroom, and its parking space.
Ideally located in the heart of Le Havre, within one of the famous buildings designed by architect Auguste Perret, you can discover all the magic of this UNESCO World Heritage city on foot. You'll be staying close to shops, 50m from the casino, and 300m from the beach.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet and secure building. Inside, everything has been designed to make you feel right at home.
Designed for 4 people, it is composed as follows:
- A living room with a seating and dining area offering direct access to the terrace. The living room is equipped with a high-end sofa bed and a Smart TV with access to YouTube, Netflix, etc.
- A fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, oven/microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.) allowing you to cook delicious meals.
- A master suite with dressing room equipped with quality Queen Size bedding 160x200cm, a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and an office space for travelers wishing to telework.
- Separate WC.
The accommodation is very bright and warm.
It also has access to a shared parking lot, the spaces are not nominative, we cannot guarantee their availability.
At your disposal: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, Smart TV, garden furniture, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, etc.
For families, we can provide a baby cot and a high chair upon request. Please remember to ask us before your arrival.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we ask that you limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.
If the condominium parking lot is full, paid parking is available around the property from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., then from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Free parking is available in the city for all electric vehicles. Heading to the beach? Parking is free for everyone! The tram and buses are also a great way to get around and explore the city.
Closest underground parking to the accommodation: Les Halles (Volcan) - 6.90 euros for 12 hours, then 0.10c/15 min extra. 7-day package 23 euros.

The apartment is ideally located in the city center, in a quiet residence, close to shops, the beach, the casino, and the main attractions of Le Havre. For your shopping, gourmets will be satisfied, especially with Les Halles, which is less than 300m from the apartment. You can also enjoy the various restaurants in the city center (Les Enfants Sages, Le Margote, etc.).
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
