Designed for a couple, the accommodation is organized as follows:
- A romantic and warm space with a Balneo SPA, a video projector and giant screen, a Bluetooth speaker, high-end Queen Size bedding (160x200 cm) and an Italian shower.
- A fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster) and a cozy living room with Smart TV.
- A bright loggia for a moment of calm.
✅ Included: bath linen, access to the SPA, video projector, tea and coffee (for your arrival).
🎁 Additional options:
- Parking space in a private outdoor car park (as the spaces are not nominative, we cannot guarantee that there will always be one available).
- Romantic atmosphere (rose petals and half bottle of champagne for €40).
- Travel cot (on request).
⚠️ Note: Breakfast is not included, but the kitchen is ready to welcome your culinary talents!
⚠️ Please be respectful: Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:30 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and withhold all or part of the security deposit.
You will have access to all parts of the accommodation. 🏠
We will be delighted to welcome you personally and show you around our beautiful apartment. 🧡 Please let us know your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance to best organize your stay.

🏠 Located in the city center, the apartment is a stone's throw from the pedestrian streets, the town hall, and in the immediate vicinity of numerous gourmet restaurants and shops.
🚘 Parking:
Paid from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (free on Sundays and public holidays).
Free for electric vehicles.
Free parking at the beach.
📍 Nearest underground parking: Les Halles (Volcan) – €6.90/12h or €23/week.
Trams and buses are also a good way to get around and explore the city.
📅 Arrival and departure times:
- Standard check-in: Between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
- Standard check-out: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
⏳ Need more flexibility?
- Late check-in possible until 10 p.m. for a supplement of €20 (to be paid via the platform or in cash upon arrival).
- Late check-out possible on request, subject to availability and with supplement.
⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances
- If you arrive after 10:00 PM, we will unfortunately no longer be able to welcome you in person. However, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can try to find an alternative solution together, if possible.
