Our apartment is the perfect place to discover life in Le Havre and its UNESCO-listed architectural heritage!
You'll be staying in the heart of Saint-François Island, less than a 5-minute walk from Le Havre's main attractions. This superb apartment is ideal for a family, business, or friends getaway.
Located on the 1st floor, it can accommodate up to 6 people and is composed of:
- A living room with a high-end convertible sofa and a Smart TV for your relaxing evenings.
- A fully equipped kitchen and dining room: oven, induction hob, kettle, coffee machine, and everything you need for cooking (even in the rain!).
- Two bedrooms with high-end bedding: a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a double bed. We prepare your beds and provide extra duvets and pillows.
- A contemporary shower room with walk-in shower, hairdryer, towels and bath sheets provided.
📚 Literary Bonus: Book lovers will appreciate the books available in the apartment.
🐕 Your four-legged friends are welcome! (Conditions: 10kg maximum, €10 supplement/animal/night, veterinary documentation required, and prior request required). In case of damage, fees will apply.
🌞 Ideal location: A 10-minute walk from the beach and in a quiet location, enjoy the best of Le Havre!
✅ Included in the rental: bed and bath linen, WiFi, complimentary tea and coffee, iron and ironing board, and washing machine.

⚠️ Please be respectful: Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated. In the event of non-compliance with the rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and withhold all or part of the security deposit.
You will have access to the entire accommodation. 🏠
🚘 Parking:
Paid parking around the accommodation from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (free on Sundays and public holidays).
Free parking for electric vehicles in town.
Free parking at the beach.
🚌 Tip: Trams and buses are great ways to explore the city.
📍 Nearby underground parking: Les Halles (Volcan) - €6.90 for 12 hours, then €0.10 per additional 15 minutes. 7-day package: €23.

🏠 Enjoy the friendly atmosphere, the fishing port, the art and history museums, and the local restaurants. You'll be just steps from the main attractions, while staying in a quiet and pleasant setting.
📅 Arrival and departure times:
- Standard check-in: Between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
- Standard check-out: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
⏳ Need more flexibility?
- Late check-in possible until 10 p.m. for a supplement of €20 (to be paid via the platform or in cash upon arrival).
- Late check-out possible on request, subject to availability and with supplement.
⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances
- If you arrive after 10:00 PM, we will unfortunately no longer be able to welcome you in person. However, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can try to find an alternative solution together, if possible.
