Our apartment is the ideal place to enjoy Le Havre life and its architectural history, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site!
🌞 A charming little cocoon, freshly renovated with new and vintage furniture – ideal for a getaway with family, friends, or for a business trip (we won't judge if you work from the couch!).
Located on the 4th floor (no elevator, cardio included 🏋️), this apartment can accommodate up to 5 travelers and is composed of:
- A fully equipped kitchen: oven, induction hob, kettle, toaster, espresso machine... and even a washing machine (because life doesn't stop during the holidays).
- A cozy living room with an HD TV, a comfortable sofa bed and a selection of books for reading lovers.
- A practical and modern bathroom: shower, hairdryer, and all necessary linen provided.
- Two elegant bedrooms with high-quality bedding (160x200 cm) – your nights will be as soft as a cloud. The beds will be ready upon your arrival, with extra duvets and pillows.
✅ Included in your stay: bed and bath linens, Wi-Fi, complimentary tea and coffee, iron and ironing board, and washing machine. Upon request, we can provide you with a travel cot (without linen) and a high chair.
🐕 Your little companions are welcome! (conditions: less than 10 kg, €10/night per animal, and veterinary card required – we love well-behaved animals).
⚠️ Important: Breakfast is not included, but the kitchen is ready for your culinary talents!

⚠️ Please be respectful: Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated. In the event of non-compliance with the rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and withhold all or part of the security deposit.
Welcome to Le Petit Biscuit! You'll have access to the entire apartment (from the step to the last).

Paid parking around the building (9am-12pm and 2pm-5:30pm, free on Sundays and public holidays).
Free for electric vehicles (one more reason to adopt green mobility).
Free parking at the beach – take advantage!
🚌 Tip: Trams and buses are perfect for exploring the city without worrying about parking.
📍 Nearest underground parking: Les Halles (Volcan) – €6.90/12h, or €23/week.

The apartment is located in one of the most historic and charming areas of Le Havre: Île Saint-François.
🏠 Here, you'll enjoy a friendly atmosphere, with local restaurants, a picturesque fishing port, and art and history museums. All in a peaceful setting and just steps from major attractions.
📅 Arrival and departure times:
- Standard check-in: Between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
- Standard check-out: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
⏳ Need more flexibility?
- Late check-in possible until 10 p.m. for a supplement of €20 (to be paid via the platform or in cash upon arrival).
- Late check-out possible on request, subject to availability and with supplement.
⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances
- If you arrive after 10:00 PM, we will unfortunately no longer be able to welcome you in person. However, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can try to find an alternative solution together, if possible.
