6VOLAppartement1 - Rue Voltaire - Apartment for 6 people in the heart of the Faubourg, 100m from the beach, composed of three bedrooms (1 bed 140 cm + 2 beds 160 cm) including two cabins of 8.5m2 on the ground floor and one bedroom upstairs, spacious kitchen open to a large living room (gas stove, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven) and a mezzanine overlooking the living room with TV corner and sofa.
The accommodation is equipped with numerous radiators and a heated towel rail in the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower cubicle. There is a separate toilet.
Access to the balcony from the kitchen
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
We are approved by Holiday Vouchers.
