2RB40 - Collioure - 1-room cabin apartment - RESIDENCE LES ROCHES BLEUES - Beach approximately 50m away - Collioure town center approximately 1.5 km away.
In a quiet seaside residence, fully renovated apartment with sea view on the ground floor (-1), equipped for 2 people including: entrance hall, cabin bedroom (140 cm bed), living room with kitchenette (induction hob, combined microwave, top fridge with freezer, extractor fan and washing machine) and TV lounge area with sofa bed opening onto a terrace with magnificent sea view, shower room-WC. Air conditioning in the main room and private parking space in a covered garage.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
