Beach and town center approximately 200m away. Wi-Fi connection within the residence's clubhouse.
In a residence with swimming pool (July/August), tennis court, club house and parking, close to shops, small children's park and the beach, air-conditioned apartment equipped for 4 people located on the 2nd floor, consisting of: a living room (sofa bed), opening onto a loggia, a kitchen with electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, a bedroom (1 double bed), a bathroom with WC. Your vehicle will find its place in the private parking of the residence.
Swimming pool open according to government and prefectural decisions.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
