Close to the beach and shops in the heart of the suburb, in a quiet residence, this apartment-style apartment with a loggia is equipped for 5 people and is located on the 1st floor. Shared parking is available within the residence with a barrier.

Come and discover Collioure and relax in a quiet and well-located apartment, 5 minutes' walk from the shops, the beach and the children's park.
It consists of an entrance hall leading to the fitted kitchen with direct access to the loggia. A living room with a double sofa bed (140 cm) equipped with a large wall cupboard and TV. A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm). A bathroom with a bathtub, large storage cupboard and wardrobe and a separate toilet.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
