5AMB-03 - Ambeille Residence
Air-conditioned duplex apartment, equipped for 5 people. On the level, it consists of a separate fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave), a living room furnished with TV and terrace and a WC, double glazing on the windows (installed early 2025).
Upstairs, it consists of the following: a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with bunk beds (2 places on the bottom and 1 place on top), a bathroom renovated in 2024 with WC.
The staircase is equipped with a safety gate for children.
The apartment is in a secure residence with a swimming pool open in summer according to decree and government decisions with a clubhouse (wifi available). In addition, you have a free parking space in the residence.
The apartment is located at the bottom of the residence and is situated next to a pedestrian access allowing you to reach the city center and the beach in 10 minutes on foot.

Optional additional services: linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/ single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with one large and one small towel: 8.00 euros).

The rental property must be left clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for cleaning upon departure and may, if desired, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price available upon request).
You will be asked to pay the security deposit for your rental; the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be completed before your arrival (no cash or checks).
We are approved for Chèques Vacances (Holiday Vouchers).
