Ideal location for this pleasant and charming village house with garage (not accessible to large vehicles L 2m XH 2m10) and roof terrace known as Tropezian including on the 1st floor a living room with US kitchen (electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer), wc, on the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with dressing room (one with 2 beds in 90, the 2nd with 1 bed in 160), bathroom WC. On the 3rd floor; bedroom with convertible 2 pers opening onto roof terrace (south west exposure).
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
