Pleasant villa in a residence with shared swimming pool and in a quiet area equipped for 4 people including: living room opening onto a large terrace and garden with lovely view of the hills and glimpse of the sea including a sofa, TV, separate kitchen with electric hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, 1 bedroom (2 single beds) opening onto the terrace, 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom, separate WC. Parking. Private Wi-Fi within the house.
The residence has a shared swimming pool with clubhouse open in summer
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition.
