Very beautiful spacious and comfortable 2-sided house in a quiet area in the heights of Collioure with private swimming pool (5m50x3m), close to several hiking trails, equipped for 8 people, including a living room opening onto a terrace, dining room and American kitchen with electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, opening onto a patio, WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed, 3 bedrooms each with 2 90 beds, one of which has its own shower room/WC, bathroom/WC. Your vehicle will find its place in the garage.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
We are approved by Holiday Vouchers.
