6AMB38 - Superb 3-star villa renovated in 2024-25 in a residence with shared swimming pool and club house, in a quiet area about 1 km from the beaches and the town center, equipped for 6 people, with terraces, small garden, private wifi and air conditioning.
The villa, on two levels, includes a large living room of 50 m2 with lounge, dining area and TV corner opening onto the 23 m2 terrace with open views. The kitchen is separate and equipped with electric hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and extractor hood, a laundry room with washing machine and toilet completes level 1.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with 160cm queen-size beds, one of which has a desk and opens onto a small, private 8m² terrace. A bathroom and a shower room, and a separate toilet.
You can relax around the residence's shared swimming pool, 50 m away, with its equipped clubhouse (table football, ping-pong) and a panoramic view of Collioure. Free parking in the residence.
