The duplex apartment, equipped for 5 people, consists, on the level, of a separate fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, gas cooker, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave), a living room with TV and terrace and a WC.
Upstairs, it is composed as follows: a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with bunk beds (2 places downstairs and 1 place up top), bathroom redone in 2024 with WC.
The staircase is equipped with a safety barrier for children.
The apartment is in a secure residence with a swimming pool open in summer according to decree and government decisions with a club house (wifi available). In addition, you have a free parking space in the residence.
The apartment is located at the bottom of the residence and is located next to a pedestrian access allowing you to reach the town center and the beach in 10 minutes on foot.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).

The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
We are approved by Holiday Vouchers.
