4RB86 - Collioure - Residence des Roches Bleues 50 m from the beaches and 2 km from the center of Collioure.
In a quiet residence with parking and by the sea, apartment equipped for 4 people with terrace overlooking gardens and the sea in the distance.
The apartment consists of a living room opening onto the terrace with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette (washing machine, mini-oven, 2 induction hobs). A cabin bedroom with two 90 cm bunk beds, a shower room and a separate toilet. Direct access on foot to the coves and small beaches.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
We are approved by Holiday Vouchers.
