Beach and shops are about 300m away and about 700m from the town center. Wi-Fi is available in the clubhouse.
In a residence with swimming pool (July/August), tennis court, club house and parking, close to shops and the beach, pleasant apartment, equipped for 4 people, located on the ground floor, comprising living room (2 90cm pull-out beds), kitchen equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, bedroom (1 140cm bed), bathroom, separate WC.
Swimming pool open according to government and prefectural decisions.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
We are approved by Holiday Vouchers.
