About 150 m from the beach, 500 m from the town center. In a picturesque alley of the suburb, charming old typical house equipped for 4 people. It consists, on the ground floor, of a living room with dining area and open equipped kitchen (2-burner ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, top refrigerator and small appliances, washing machine, dryer). On the floor, you will find a TV lounge with cupboard and convertible sofa (140 cm bed) with shower room. The second floor opens onto a bedroom with 140 cm bed and TV as well as its shower room.
All completely renovated and tastefully decorated.
Located near various paid municipal car parks and a 10-minute walk from Avall beach.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
We are approved by Holiday Vouchers.
