Our charming apartment is located in the heart of the brand new Beaulieu district. You will immediately be charmed by its brightness, its large terrace (38m²), its proximity to the city center and its private parking space within the residence.

Renovated and carefully decorated, it can accommodate up to 2 people.
It is composed as follows:
- a beautiful living/dining room equipped with direct access to the terrace, itself equipped with garden furniture to enjoy the rays of the Normandy sun;
- a beautiful kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and all the equipment necessary to cook delicious meals with family or friends;
- a bedroom equipped with quality Queen size bedding 160x200cm;
- 1 shower room with bathtub. Separate WC.
Free of charge: Bed and bath linen, WiFi, tea and coffee, iron and ironing board and washing machine.
During the summer season between June and September (date may vary depending on the condominium), you will have access to the residence's shared swimming pool.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we ask that you limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

You'll be staying in a secure and quiet residence. The accommodation is located in the Beaulieu district, a few meters from the Ornano stadium (Stade Malherbe de Caen), and less than a 5-minute drive from the city center. By public transport, take bus number 3 from the train station. From the accommodation, to reach the city center, take the tram (T1, Apartment, T3).
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
