Tastefully renovated, this superb apartment is located in the heart of Caen, near the marina, pedestrian streets, and shops. We can accommodate up to 3 guests (ideally a couple and a child).
It is composed as follows:
- a beautiful living room equipped with a Smart TV where you can watch your favorite series (Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube access if you have an account), as well as a convertible sofa that can be used as an extra bed. For your comfort, we provide a mattress topper.
- a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, refrigerator, oven/microwave, coffee machine, and all the necessary equipment for cooking delicious meals.
- a bedroom with a workspace (ideal for teleworking), with a quality 140x200cm double bed and plenty of storage space.
- 1 bathroom with shower and WC.
The accommodation does not have a private parking space, however paid outdoor parking spaces and private parking lots (Parking Vendeuvre, Parking de la Résistance) are available a few steps from the apartment.
Free of charge: Bed and bath linen, WiFi, tea and coffee, iron and ironing board and washing machine.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we ask that you limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

The accommodation is located in the heart of Caen, at the foot of the famous Quai Vendeuvre, the Leroy Tower, the Bernière/St Pierre tram, close to the shops and just a few minutes from all the city's most popular places.
You will find many gourmet restaurants and all kinds of shops there.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
