Recently renovated, you will particularly appreciate the old (exposed beams, old Caen stone fireplace - not functional -) combined with a contemporary and warm decoration. You feel in the countryside while being in the hypercenter. Everything has been designed to make you feel at home! Very bright, you will reside only a few meters from the Notre Dame de la Gloriette church (which can be seen from the apartment), the famous Place St Sauveur and the pedestrian streets.
Designed to accommodate 4 travelers, it is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A large, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, worktop, plenty of storage space and kitchen utensils);
- A small, cozy living room with UHD Smart TV
On the 1st floor:
- A beautiful lounge, reading, games room with a small office, ideal for teleworking;
- An attic bedroom with a high-quality double bed 140x200 cm;
- A bathroom with bathtub and WC;
- A laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
On the 2nd floor:
- An attic bedroom with a high-quality 140x200cm double bed and a reading area with a view of the NDG Church and the rooftops of Caen. To prevent summer temperatures, an air conditioner is available if needed.
The accommodation does not have a private parking space, however paid private parking is available a few steps from the apartment (Paul Doumer parking in particular).
To get around, you can easily access various forms of public transport, such as the tram and buses.
Free of charge: Bed and bath linen, Wi-Fi, tea and coffee, iron and ironing board and washing machine.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we ask that you limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage.
By staying with us, you will have access to all areas of the property. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Similarly, children must be supervised by their parents.

The accommodation is located at the foot of the pedestrian street Saint-Pierre, next to the church Notre-Dame-de-la-Gloriette, 100m from the town hall and the famous Place St Sauveur.

The memorial and the landing beaches, Etretat and its impressive cliffs, the superb abbeys hidden in the meanders of the Seine, the moving and exciting sites that mark the Landing Beaches, but also the charming picturesque villages of the Pays d'Auge and finally the seaside pleasures, shopping, horse racing and even the Deauville casino.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
