Our apartment is located in a 17th-century residence, opposite the house where the poet François de Malherbe was born!
A true little paradise to enjoy Caen and its surroundings, you will be immediately won over by:

Completely refurbished, it can accommodate up to 4 people, perfect for a stay 👫 as a couple, 💻 for business or 🛏 for tourism.
It is composed of:
- A living/dining room with a high-end convertible sofa (160x200cm) and Smart TV.
- A fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook delicious meals (or just a coffee, we don't judge).
- A bedroom upstairs with quality bedding (140x200cm).
- An Italian shower room with rain column and washing machine.
📍 Please note:
A secure parking space 50m away can be made available upon request – because in Caen, parking is a challenge!
The entire apartment is yours, from the step to the last (on the 3rd floor, no elevator – cardio included 🏋️).
✅ Included in the rental: bed and bath linen, WiFi, travel cot, high chair, child's bath, fan, iron and ironing board.
⚠️ Please be respectful: Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated. In the event of non-compliance with the rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and withhold all or part of the security deposit.
When you stay with us, you will have access to all areas of the accommodation. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). 🚶‍♂️

Please let us know your estimated arrival time *at least 24 hours* before your check-in to best organize your key collection 🔑.
You will stay in a quiet and typical residence 🏠, close to shops, restaurants and main tourist attractions. 🏯🍽
📅 Arrival and departure times:
- Standard check-in: Between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
- Standard check-out: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
⏳ Need more flexibility?
- Late check-in possible until 10 p.m. for a supplement of €20 (to be paid via the platform or in cash upon arrival).
- Late check-out possible on request, subject to availability and with supplement.
⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances
- If you arrive after 10:00 PM, we will unfortunately no longer be able to welcome you in person. However, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can try to find an alternative solution together, if possible.
