CAUTION
A €250 bank imprint will be required as part of your rental. This imprint, which takes the form of a payment link and is managed by the secure online service Swikly, is mandatory and must be completed before your arrival at the property.
The amount is neither blocked nor charged, and it does not impact your bank card's usage limits. You will only have to pay a service fee of €3.30.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule your check-in time.
Check-in is normally from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., however, later check-ins are possible upon request, with a supplement of €10 per additional hour.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
From Mérignac Airport:
Take bus 1 from the Mérignac airport stop to the Palais de Justice stop and walk for 8 minutes.
From Saint Jean Station:
Take tram C or D from the Gare Saint Jean stop to the Place de la Bourse stop and walk for 8 minutes.
To park your car, street parking is free only from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. and on Sundays and public holidays.
The apartment does not have parking, the public parking "Centre Commercial Mériadeck" is located 500 meters from the apartment.
The price for parking is €19 for half a day.
