On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful living room with a flat-screen TV, a sofa, storage space, and a central island serving as an additional worktop and dining table. A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room includes a fridge-freezer, an induction cooktop, a multifunction oven, a dishwasher, a blender, scales, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine. A bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with a shower, as well as a separate toilet, complete this floor. Upstairs, you will discover two additional bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower and WC.
A €350 bank imprint will be required as part of your rental. This imprint, which takes the form of a payment link and is managed by the secure online service Swikly, is mandatory and must be completed before your arrival at the property.
