This property is accessible independently. However, prior verification of your identity in order to obtain access is imperative. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and that we have a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our staff discovers the slightest trace or residue (odor, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to require a minimum deposit of €300.
Our basement boudoir will allow you to safely store your luggage.
A €500 bank imprint will be required as part of the rental. This imprint, which takes the form of a payment link and is managed by the secure online service Swikly, is mandatory and must be completed before arrival at the property.
The amount is neither blocked nor charged, and it does not impact your bank card's usage limits. You will only have to pay a service fee of €6.30.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
