Located on the ground floor of a historic building with beautiful stone, step into this modern and welcoming apartment, thanks in particular to its exposed stone and quality fittings.
The living space has a TV corner with a sofa bed, a dining table and 3 chairs as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
The pleasantly decorated bedroom is located on the lower level and has a double bed (140cm).
The bathroom is located on the main level, on one level, and has a walk-in shower and a vanity unit.
Due to the steep staircase, this apartment is not recommended for children.

Blu-Ray DVD player, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, in-room safe, linens, towels and cleaning included.
CAUTION
A €250 bank imprint will be required as part of your rental. This imprint, which takes the form of a payment link and is managed by the secure online service Swikly, is mandatory and must be completed before your arrival at the property.
The amount is neither blocked nor charged, and it does not impact your credit card usage limits. You will only have to pay a service fee of €3.27.

EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS
One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule your check-in time.
Check-in is normally from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. However, later check-ins are possible upon request, with a supplement of 10 euros per additional hour.
Departures are no later than 10 a.m.

ACCESS & PARKING
From Mérignac Airport:
Take bus 1 from the “Aéroport de Mérignac” stop to the “Gambetta Mériadeck” stop then walk for 6 minutes.
From St Jean Station:
Take bus 1 from the “Gare St Jean” stop to the “Palais de Justice” stop and walk 7 minutes or take tram C from the “Gare St Jean” stop to the “Place de la Bourse” stop and walk 11 minutes.
To park your car, street parking is free only from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. and on Sundays and public holidays.
The apartment does not have parking, the public parking "Clemenceau Auditorium" is located 350 meters from the apartment.
The price for parking is €30 for the day.
