Come and relax in this spacious, quiet and bright family home ideally located in the Pays des Abers. This functional house with a maximum capacity of 13 people is ideal for a holiday with family or friends. This house also has the particularity of being adapted for people with reduced mobility.
On the ground floor, you will discover a large living room open onto the terrace, including a lounge, a living room as well as a fully equipped kitchen open onto the living room. The ground floor is fully equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility. You will find a spacious bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a toilet and a bathroom adapted for a wheelchair.
You can enjoy the sun on a pleasant terrace accessible from the living room. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deckchairs and you can also enjoy a nice garden with trees and a fence.
On the floor you will find a lovely mezzanine with 6 bedrooms, WC and bathroom. You will find 2 bedrooms equipped with double beds in 140, 2 bedrooms with a double bed in 160 and bedrooms equipped with single beds (one bedroom with 1 bed and one bedroom with 2 beds). This floor is equipped with a bathroom with bathtub and a toilet. The large mezzanine is also an ideal play area for children.
This house is also equipped with a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The house is ideally located for hiking enthusiasts, the GR34 hiking trail is accessible at 600m to discover the beauty of the Aber Benoît. If you prefer to enjoy the beach, the magnificent beach of Béniguet is located 2 km away.

For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
For children you will also find nearby: the 3 curés recreation park, Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, there are magnificent spots for kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
