This room also offers direct access to the fully-equipped terrace. From the kitchen, you also have access to a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and access to the garage.
On the ground floor, you will also find a separate toilet and a charming master suite with a 140x190 bed and bathroom with shower.

Upstairs you'll find the house's 3 other bedrooms. The is more for children, with a 90x200 pull-out bed that can sleep 2. The second bedroom is another master suite, with its 160x200 bed and private bathroom with shower.
To get to the last bedroom, you'll pass through a children's games room with TV and Wii console. The last bedroom has a 160x200 double bed and 2 90x200 single beds.
The floor also has a second separate WC and a third bathroom with bath.

For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Brest....
Children will also find nearby: the 3 Curés playground (amusement park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
