When you enter this house, you enter a large veranda with its magnificent view of the Aber Benoit. From this veranda, you then enter a large, cozy, comfortable and bright living room, with the sea view still predominant.
Also on the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped modern kitchen and the only toilet in the house.

On the floor you will find the 4 bedrooms of the house. The 2 have a beautiful sea view and are equipped with double beds: a queen size bed 160x200 for one and a double bed 140x190 for the second. The other 2 bedrooms are ideal for children: one has 2 single beds under the slope and the other has a single bed. On this floor you will also find the bathroom with a washbasin and a shower.

In the basement you will find a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The exterior will delight both young and old. The garden of more than 10,000 m² with trees has several areas to enjoy the incredible view of the sea and the mouth of the Aber Benoit. Garden furniture is of course available for young and old (large table and deckchairs).
This house also has a private access to the beach, you just have to go down the garden to be on the beach of Béniguet.

Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most touristic places of the Pays des Abers and the Pays d'Iroise: go and discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (possible departure from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or discover the lighthouse of the Ile Vierge, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the castle of Kergroadès, or the naval museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
For children you will also find nearby: the 3 curés recreation park, Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, there are magnificent spots for kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
