Welcome to MENEZ BIAN, a lovely new single-storey house located just a few steps from the beach.
Upon entering, you will discover a spacious and bright living area. You will find a beautiful open-plan kitchen, ideal for preparing good meals, as well as a comfortable living room.
You will also find 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a Queen size bed (160x200), the third bedroom being equipped with 2 single beds.
A bathroom with a shower and toilet is located at the end of the corridor. Separate toilets are also located next to the laundry room.
You will also be able to enjoy a lovely garden and a beautiful terrace sheltered from the prevailing winds to have lunch or dinner during the summer period.
The house is also equipped with a charging point for electric vehicles.
Located very close to the sea, this house is ideal for enjoying moments with family or friends!
The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!
