Welcome to MENEZ BIAN, a lovely new single-storey house located just a few steps from the beach.
Upon entering, you will discover a large, spacious, and bright living area. You will find a beautiful open-plan kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals, as well as a comfortable living room.
You will also find 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a Queen size bed (160x200), with the third bedroom fitted with 2 single beds.
A bathroom with a shower and toilet is located at the end of the corridor. Separate toilets are also located next to the laundry room.
This house has just been delivered, so the garden will be finalised during the spring. You will be able to enjoy a beautiful terrace and a lovely garden from the nice days onwards.
Located very close to the sea, this house is ideal for enjoying moments with family or friends!
