Renovated 60 m² apartment equipped for 9 people located on the 2nd floor of a residence and close to the slopes and shops.
It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, two sleeping areas with bunk beds closed off by curtains, a shower room with toilet, a bathroom with toilet (and washing machine), a kitchen area open to the living room with sofa + pull-out bed leading onto a large balcony allowing you to fully enjoy an unobstructed view over the entire valley.
Amenities: Refrigerator, microwave/combination oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher. Washing machine. Television.
Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 2 sets of bunk beds including 1 with a pull-out bed (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 single sofa bed + 1 pull-out bed in the living room.
Sanitary facilities: 1 shower room with toilet, 1 bathroom with toilet.
Practical information: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights or more in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You can also book your ski lift passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be given without this deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. The beds must be made properly with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, and €300 for furniture replacement.
NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for cleaning all fabrics due to odor
